CK and its numerous affiliates have successfully acquired, managed, renovated, and developed over 40 communities in twelve states since 1982. In 1997, ChrisKen successfully consolidated the majority of its property portfolio comprising over 4,500 apartment homes into a finite-life REIT. The REIT was successfully liquidated on time and on schedule in December 2007. Our unique owner-focused management style is driven by 60 years of combined owner experience.
