It’s Hot, So Chill Out with a Cool Smoothie!
Three things: its still summer, we’re still in Florida, and it’s still really hot outside (when it’s not raining). With this in mind, a great way to beat the heat for a little while is to partake in any of the tasty and healthy organic smoothies from any of our fine local vendors.
Tropical Smoothie Cafe - There are nearly a score of TSC’s scattered around the West Melboure/Rockledge/Cocoa Beach area, and each one of them is more delicious than the last. Okay, that’s not necessarily true, but they all serve delicious smoothies that are good for you.
Jungle Organic Restaurant and Market - This really isn’t a “smoothie restaurant” although they are served there. Going to the Jungle is more of an experience. It’s like a organic and health food Elysian Fields, or something, that covers everything from food to body care and pet supplements and supplies. Located 15 minutes from Lakeside.
Nature’s Table Cafe - If you’re every up at the Merritt Square Mall [on Merritt Island] you’ll find Nature’s Table Cafe nestled into the food court. NTC has a nice variety of 100% natural smoothies that are just what the doctor ordered. Located 35 minutes from Lakeside.
