Fired Up Coal Oven Pizzeria is the Best Pizza in Brevard!

Between our family and our friends, everyone’s go their own opinion about what the best pizza “joint” is in town. As it would seem, the results for Metromix’s Best Pizza: Coast to Coast were recently posted, wherein 23 pizza restaurants were selected from major cities around the country that the Metromix crew deemed as having the eponymous “best pizza”.
Notably, Best Pizza: Coast to Coast is a portion of the restaurant/food part of the currently ongoing Best of Metromix 2011 competition.
With that said, Fired Up Coal Oven Pizzeria & Sports Bistro was selected as having the best pizza in Brevard. The authors praised Fired Up for its coal-fired pizza, noting that everything (bread, pizza dough, sauces, etc.) is made fresh in-house. Fired Ups signature dish is the meat lovers, and the margherita and apple pie pizza with cookie crumbs and caramel on top for dessert are both popular choices.
