Cinemaworld 16’s Shows Cult Classics for Cheap!

Cinemaworld movie theaters are currently offering midnight showings on Friday's and Saturdays for many sci-fi, or otherwise general cult classics.

There are some movies and films that have become so iconic and integrated into popular culture, that in many ways they resound within the particularly generation that was around when they were initially released.

A good example for these are the Star Trek and the Star Wars (original) films.

The flicks are often referred to as cult classics.

Cinemaworld movie theaters are currently offering midnight showings on Friday’s and Saturdays for many sci-fi, or otherwise general cult classics. Tickets are $2.

The “Foreign Cinema” block ends this Friday and Saturday (June 17th and 18th) with the showing of medieval comedy classic “Monty Python and the Holy Grail”. The following weekend(June 24th-25th) launches the “Sci-fi films” block with Joss Whedon’s “Serenity”.

Cinemaworld Cult Classics runs from the present though Saturday, July 23rd.

If you grew up with these films or simply love them, or if you’ve missed out on seeing them and experiencing the culture surrounding them, then I highly recommend considering attending a midnight showing at Cinemaworld 16 this summer.

Cinemaworld 16 is a 7 minute drive from The Lakeside at Greenboro Apartments.
