If you weren’t already aware, the Lakeside at Greenboro is a pet-friendly community. If you don’t already have a furry family member running around, consider one of the homeless pets in the area. After you decide on a new pet, treat them to a day at one of the area’s dog-friendly parks.

JAMIE’s the name and lovin’ you is the game! Don’t let the age fool you, the number says I’m 10 but I’m young at heart, in very good shape and have the sweetest personality. Check out my thick, apricot coat with blonde highlights…it’s super soft! I can be a little shy when meeting new people but warm up quickly once I get I know get to know you. Have no fear, I will be near when you open the refrig! Got treats? I really like those soft treats Mom hides in there! In addition to long walks, I also LOVE car rides. Whether it be for a walk or car ride, I get very excited when you show me my leash. So excited that I make some funny sounds and do a little dance! I just can’t help myself…I’m a happy boy! I love long walks, a good snooze on the couch and all the love/attention I can soak up. I’m an A+ bed snuggler and will shower you with plenty of gentle, goodnight kisses to show how much I love you. I could tell you more about myself here but then what would we talk about when we meet? I’m super easy to live with and promise to love you unconditionally. GAVIN is a poodle mix, about 3 yrs old and weighs about 11 lbs. He is a scruffy little guy who’s waiting for his brand new coat to grow out. He loves to eat, is very sweet and a real trooper considering he came from a bad environment. GAVIN needs to build trust with humans; take it slow and let him come to you. Meet MOPPET! He is a sweet, playful boy with only one eye. Moppet likes to chase balls and play with toys. Gets along well with people and other dogs, not used to children as he hasn’t been around them much. MOPPET is about 7 yrs old and weighs about 13 lbs. He is a friendly boy, approach him quetly and he will come to you. He loves to snuggle on the couch and will alert you when he hears loud noises by barking. Sometimes he enjoys sleeping in the bed with his foster mom but jumps off the bed in the middle of the night to sleep on a doggie bed. He’ll take all the attention you can give and likes to be brushed and petted. He is brushed out every day because his coat is soft and fine. MOPPET is currently being fostered in PALM BEACH county. PAULIE is a 6 yr old, 13 lb miniature. He is a very nice dog who likes to play, go for a walk, run in the backyard, and spend time with his foster mom, especially sitting on the couch with her while she watches TV. He is a little shy at first, but really loves his caregiver once he identifies them. PAULIE is in excellent health and gets along with dogs and cats too. He is currently fostered in POLK county.
