CK and its numerous affiliates have successfully acquired, managed, renovated and developed residential apartment communities in thirteen states since 1982. In 1997, ChrisKen successfully consolidated a portion of its property portfolio comprising over 4,500 apartment homes into a finite-life REIT. The REIT was successfully liquidated on time and on schedule by December 2007. Our unique owner-focused management style is driven by 60 years of combined owner experience.
