  • Create responsive customer service with unsurpassed focus on retention of current residents through extensive programs and surveys
  • Promote team work by providing training, tools, and resources needed to succeed 
  •  Keep everyone involved in the management process  to “buy into” and  “execute” the plan
  • Maintain accountability of performance focusing on ownership goals and objectives
  • Create incentive programs tied to performance that can be measured: leasing, NOI, Resident Retention
  •  Implement buying programs that capitalize on economies of scale
  •  Provide solutions for asset preservation, risk management, capital needs assessment, acquisition and disposition decisions
  •  Keep abreast of new management ideas, technological systems, and recruitment
